Mark is a retired civil servant who had national responsibility for single homeless people. He is married with two children and four grandchildren. Having always lived in Swanley he has served on the Swanley Town Council and on the Sevenoaks District Council. Mark is on the management committee on the Swanley CAB and is chairman of the Swanley Volunteer Centre. He is also treasurer to the Invicta Advocacy Network and a School governor at Furness School Hextable and White Oak School.
